MRS. WANDA WRIGHT HAWN, age 67, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the Dodge County Hospital.

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Monday, January 11, at Solid Rock Church of God, with Bishop Ralph Horne and Bishop Matthew Floyd officiating, with interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

 Wanda was born in Thomaston, GA and was a 1972 graduate of Overbrook Regional High School in Lindenwold, New Jersey. She a member of Solid Rock Church of God and a retired program support specialist for the Air Force Reserve Command at Robins AFB for over 27 years. Wanda was a Godly woman who put family first. She studied the Bible daily and was an excellent example of how a Christian should live. She always put others before herself, had a true servant’s heart, and was an excellent cook. Everyone loved her strawberry shortcake. She was the daughter of the late Betty M. Wright and John James Wright and was preceded in death by a Brother, Randy Wright.

 She is survived by her Husband of 49 years – Stephen Hawn of Eastman; 2 Daughters – Sandi Hawn Harvey (Chris) and Stephanie Hawn Treadwell, both of Eastman; 5 Grandchildren – Josh Dupree (Amanda), Ryan Harvey, Andrew Hardy (Skye), Grant Hardy, and Logan Hardy; 7 Great-Grandchildren – Marlie Moore, Caitlin Dupree, Makayla Dupree, Maddox Mullis, Kennedy Dupree, Bo Hardy, and Charleigh Hardy; Step-Mother – Mennie Vickery Jones Wright of Milan; Brother – Greg E. Wright (Emily Proctor) of Milledgeville; Aunts – Peggy Miller, Jean Thomas (Kenneth), and Patsy Brown; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the Hawn residence, 366 Hightower Rd., Eastman. Mrs. Hawn will lie-in-state from 1:00PM-3:00PM Sunday, January 10, at Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Cemetery Fund, 830 Soperton Hwy., Eastman, GA 31023.
