MR. TIMOTHY SCOTT HOTALING, age 65, of Chauncey, GA, died Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at his residence.

 A memorial service will be held at a later date.

 Mr. Hotaling was born and raised in Fitchburg, MA and attended Fitchburg High School. He was a beloved son, father, brother, and a cherished friend to many. His life was a testament to resilience, passion, and unwavering love. From an early age, Tim faced life’s challenges with a determination that inspired all who knew him. His strength and perseverance in the face of adversity were a testament to his positive spirit. Though he encountered struggles, he approached each obstacle with unwavering resolve and an unyielding passion for life. Tim was a beacon of love and support for his family and friends. He was truly a beautiful man with a beautiful heart and spirit. He found his purpose with a deep love of God and faithfulness in the last few years. His compassion knew no bounds, and his kindness left an incredible mark on all those fortunate enough to cross paths with him – he made a difference! His infectious laughter and genuine smile brightened even the darkest days. You could not help but to love him!

 Tim was passionate about cooking and was an accomplished chef. He poured his heart and soul into these pursuits over the last 4 decades, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and excellence. His contributions to his passion were a testament to his commitment and talent. He was a resident chef at Bridges of Hope in Chauncey. Tim will be remembered for his generous spirit, his ability to lift others in times of need, and the depth of his love. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched by remembering the moments that have created the memories of a lifetime. In honoring his life, let us celebrate the impact he made and carry forward the lessons of strength, love, and perseverance that he so beautifully embodied. Forever in our hearts, Tim will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He was the son of the late Joan E. Sparks Hotaling and Harold T. Hotaling, Jr. He is preceded in death by a sister, Laura Seasock.

 He is survived by his 3 Daughters – Amy Hotaling (Brian Doll) of Brooklyn, NY, Crystal Harrington (Kevin), and Erica Martin (Johnny) both of St. Petersburg, FL; Son – Timothy Hotaling, Jr. of Winchendon, MA; 3 Grandsons – Braiden Martin, Brian Harrington, and Nicholas Harrington; 3 Sisters – Debbi Guislain of Ontario, Canada, Tiffany Gallimore (Nate) of Ft. Worth, TX and Heather Plaster of Leominster, MA; Brother – Kyle Hotaling (Amanda) of Temple Terrace, FL; Many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
