MR. SYDNEY WESLEY ALLEN, age 67, of Eastman, GA, died Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Medical Center Navicent Health in Macon.

MR. SYDNEY WESLEY ALLEN, age 67, of Eastman, GA, died Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Medical Center Navicent Health in Macon.

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, March 3, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Scott McDuffie officiating, with interment at Middle Ground Church Cemetery.

 Mr. Allen was born in Cadwell, GA, raised in Dover, FL, and was a member of China Hill Church. He lived in Florida for many years before returning to Georgia in 1996 where he worked for Anchor Glass Company in Warner Robins as a swing shift reliever for over 20 years. Sydney enjoyed fishing, gardening, tinkering around outside, and spending time with his canine companion Sheba. He loved being around family and friends, facetiming with his daughter, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was the son of the late Harry Wesley Allen and Sarah McCullough Allen and was preceded in death by his Siblings, Sara Gaines, David Allen and Jean Youell and his Great-Granddaughter, Gracelynn.

 He is survived by his Wife of 40 years - Juanita Kay Butler Allen of Eastman; 3 Daughters - Carey Allen of Dover, FL, Heather Lindsey (Daniel) of Jackson, TN, and Alivia Allen of Eastman; Son - Daniel Steven Moore (Rita) of Eastman; 12 Grandchildren - Tommy Parrish of Dover, FL, Victoria Trice (Kagan) of Plant City, FL, Haley Eason of Lakeland, FL, Bobby Ludden of Dublin, Machayla Lindsey of Cochran, Jayda Spires, Branden Browning, Alex Brown, Ryan Brown, Lukas Gaultney, Lillian Gaultney, and Jaxston Wesley Isbell, all of Eastman; 6 Great-Grandchildren - Mason, Kagan Carter, Carson, Scarlett, Ariya, and Skylar; 2 Sisters - Glenda Little (Kenneth) and Rhonda Allen, both of Eastman; Brother - Reggie Allen (Jennifer) of Eastman; Brother-in-law - Fred Gaines of Hawkinsville; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the Allen residence, 427 Powers Road, Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 1:00PM-2:00PM Thursday, March 3.
