MRS. SUSIE REYNOLDS HARRELL, age 82, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Augusta University Hospital in Augusta.

MRS. SUSIE REYNOLDS HARRELL, age 82, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Augusta University Hospital in Augusta.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Sunday, January 2, 2022, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Mr. Bobby Ryals and Rev. Chris Adams officiating, with interment in Fair Haven Baptist Church Cemetery.

 Mrs. Harrell was a lifelong resident of Eastman, a member of Fair Haven Baptist Church, and a 1957 graduate of Rhine High School. She attended nursing school for a brief time before getting married in 1962 and beginning her family. She was a homemaker and later worked as a seamstress for C&J Manufacturing and for Standard Candy Company as a candy maker for many years. She also was a newspaper carrier for The Macon Telegraph for several years. Mrs. Harrell was a dedicated wife of 28 years and a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Susie enjoyed talking to her family and friends, working crossword puzzles, fishing and loved peppermint candy. She was the daughter of the late Mary Burnham Reynolds and Joe B. Reynolds, and was preceded in death by her husband, John Ralph Harrell, Jr., grandson, Connor Harrell, sister, Arlene Reynolds Gibson, brother-in-law, Bill Gibson and stepson, John Ralph Harrell.

 She is survived by her 7 Children – Debra Harrell (Jesse Rogers), Lisa Sheffield (Terry), Richard Harrell (Misty), Rodney Harrell (Eve), Jan Williams (Erik Barlow), and Kathy Brown, all of Eastman and Michael Harrell (Hillary) of Hawkinsville; 2 Stepchildren – Bobby Harrell and Brenda Chormicle, both of Eastman; 13 Grandchildren – Bayley Harrell, Colton Harrell, Andrew Harrell, Evan Harrell, Reece Harrell, Kaleb Wright, Keaton Williams, Autumn Harrell, Mason Harrell, Chris Harrell (Melissa), Kasey Brown (Derek), Carl Harrell, and Lisa Morris (Bobby); Several Great Grandchildren; Sister – Joyce Hutchinson of Clayton; Sister-in-law – Betty Harrell of Macon; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the Harrell residence, 3871 Fair Haven Road, Eastman, and will receive friends in Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home from 1:30PM – 3:00PM, Sunday January 2 .
