MRS. SONJA CONNER BRYANT, RPH, age 78, of Milan, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Wellstar MCG University Medical Center in Augusta.

MRS. SONJA CONNER BRYANT, RPH, age 78, of Milan, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Wellstar MCG University Medical Center in Augusta.

 Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM Tuesday, February 24, at Rockwell Baptist Church, with Rev. Benny Moore officiating, with interment in Rockwell Baptist Church Cemetery.

Sonja was born in McRae, GA, on November 15, 1947, to the late Effie Yawn Conner and Hugh C. Conner. She was raised in Milan, GA, and was a graduate of Telfair County High School. She received her associates degree from the University of Georgia, and moved to Alabama, where she earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Auburn University. She worked as a Pharmacist in Alabama for a few years, before moving to Oregon, where she was the owner and operator of Campus Drugs in Klamath Falls, OR, for over twenty years, where she was known as “The Medicine Woman of Klamath Falls”. While living in Oregon, she met the love of her life, Ron Bryant, and they enjoyed many wonderful years together before his passing. She later moved back to her home community of Milan, where she lived until her passing. Sonja loved being a pharmacist, traveling, seeing new places, and she enjoyed horses, equestrian activities, spending time with her Australian Shepherd canine companions, and attending competition dog shows. In addition to her parents, Sonja was preceded in death by her Husband, Ron Bryant.

 She is survived by her Brother – Tracy Conner; First Cousins – Charles Conner (Wilma) of McRae, Bruce Conner (Gretchen) of Mukwonago, WI, and Toney Conner of Milan; Several extended family members including, Jim Conner (Melissa) of Ambrose, GA.

 The family may be contacted at the residence of Sonja Bryant, 3024 Temperance Rd., Milan, GA, and will receive friends in Rockwell Baptist Church from 11:00AM-12:00PM Tuesday, February 24. In addition to flowers, the family requests contributions to Rockwell Baptist Church, 2955 Temperance Rd., Milan, GA 31060 in honor of Sonja and her love for her church.
