SEABORN JAMES HARDEN, III, age 39, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Seaborn was born in Macon, GA on March 18, 1986. He was a member of Eastman First Baptist Church, a 2004 graduate of Dodge County High School, attended Middle Georgia College, and earned a degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Southern University. After graduating from college, he went to work at POWERCON, where he performed electrical automation work. He later moved to Bluffton, SC, married in 2017, and went to work at Tri State Pumps until moving back to the family farm located in the Midway Community of Dodge County. In 2018, he joined Robins AFB. After multiple accomplishments and awards, he was promoted to Lead Engineering Technician for Corrective Maintenance—a position he deeply enjoyed and in which he was honored with the 'Wingman Service Award' for his dedicated community service during Hurricane Helene. Seaborn was a loving husband, father, son, and brother, who was especially proud of his daughter, Lucy. She was his most treasured joy, with whom he spent countless afternoons exploring the family farm and many evenings reading bedtime stories. He loved spending time on his farm tending to his cattle, riding jet skis, and spending time on the Ocmulgee River. He also loved being outdoors, working around his shop, and could always be found tinkering. A good neighbor and loyal friend, Seaborn generously shared his talents to help others, quietly making a difference in the lives around him. Seaborn was preceded in death by his Infant Daughter, Hazel Virginia Harden, Father, Dr. Seaborn James Harden, II, Maternal Grandparents, Mary Ellen Apblett Gill and Jack L.
