MRS. ROBIN BULLOCK USSERY, age 43, of Milan, GA, died Sunday, March 12, 2023, at her residence.

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, March 15, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Bishop Ralph Horne and Bishop Danny Horne officiating, with interment in Milan City Cemetery.

 Robin was born in McRae, a lifelong resident of Milan, and a member of Milan Church of God. She attended Telfair County High School and later graduated from Oconee Fall Line Technical College with honors with her degree in EMS services. She was a former assistant director of EMS services in Telfair County, a paramedic at Johnson County EMS for several years, and worked for several other services over the years. She also assisted with critical care transports during those years. In 2017, she went to work for United Medevac Solutions at Robins AFB and became director of EMS in 2022. She worked a career of over 13 years in the EMS field. Robin loved her career, her co-workers, and being a part of team dedicated to saving lives. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her grandson George, who was the light of her life. She loved taking care of her family and her animals. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, going on cruises, and family vacations. Robin was preceded in death by her Father, James “Jim” Bullock, and Brother, Gary Wrye.

 She is survived by her Husband of 27 years – James Ussery, Sr. of Milan; Daughter – Gracie Ussery of Milan; 2 Sons – James Ussery, Jr. (Julie) and Jesse Ussery (Emily Hinson), both of Milan; Grandson – George Ussery of Milan; Mother – Joann McCranie Bullock of Milan; 2 Sisters – Tammy Davis (Jimmy) and Rhonda Tapp (Lemar), both of Milan; Brother – Todd Bullock (Crystal) of Eastman; Nieces and Nephews – Chris Davis (Dacey), Haley Davis, Lindsey Mullis (Tyler), Katelyn Tapp, Logan Tapp, Rylie Bullock, and D.J. Bullock; First Cousins – Sherry Keanum (Jess) and Brenda Moulton; Numerous Friends.

 The family may be contacted at the Ussery residence, 35 N. Cook Street, Milan, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday, March 14.
