MR. RANDALL DERRALL MASSINGILL, age 71, of Eastman, GA, died Friday, April 3, 2020 at his residence.

 A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, April 5, at Bowen Cemetery, with Rev. Graton Helms officiating.

 Randall was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, of the Baptist Faith, a 1967 graduate of Dodge County High School, and a graduate of Macon Technical College with a degree in automotive repair. After school he worked at Ford Motor Company in Eastman and later began working at Law’s Garage before he branched out on his own where he specialized in Volkswagen repair. He was a former maintenance worker at Goody’s Inc. for over 10 years, a former maintenance electrician at Pace America for over 10 years, and a maintenance mechanic for Lithonia Lighting Company in Cochran for over 15 years. Randall was a proud member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and his fur babies. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed life on the river, hunting, fishing, building projects, and was a man of many talents and very handy overall. He was son of the late Lucille Peacock Massingill and Nick Massingill and was preceded in death by a Grandson, Nicholas Massingill and Brother-in-law, Pete Dennis.

 He is survived by his Wife of 25 years – Barbara Mainor Massingill of Eastman; Son – Robbie Massingill (Keisha) of Eastman; 3 Step-Sons – James Crump (Len), Tommy Crump (Robin), and Michael Crump all of Valdosta; 6 Grandchildren – Elizabeth “Lizzie” Massingill, Caleb Clark, Destnay Crump, Charity Crump, Ethan Crump, and Michael Crump, Jr.; 2 Great-Grandchildren – Alana Crump and Zane Smith; Sister – Joann Dennis of Eastman; Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law – James Mainor (Fern), Walter Mainor (Peggy), Wayne Mainor (Glenda), Martin Mainor (Vickie), Nancy Wilson (Redd), and Joyce Trull (Johnny); Several Nieces and Nephews.

 In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Faithful Hearts Animal Shelter of the Sons of Confederate Veterans #2039.
