MRS. WANDA PAULETTE PEACOCK EDWARDS, age 72, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Eastman Healthcare and Rehab.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Paulette was born and raised in Eastman, GA, a graduate of Dodge County High School, and was one of Jehovah’s witnesses at The Kingdom Hall in Eastman, GA. She was a master cosmetologist and worked at Jeanette Evans Beauty Shop for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, who enjoyed watching T.V., especially movies. She liked muscle cars and driving fast, loved going to concerts and listening to bands, going to the beach with her family, and exercising and being active. Paulette loved her times at Tripp’s Beach working as a lifeguard and a dance instructor. She loved her grandchildren who affectionately called her “Nana”. She was the daughter of the late Fannie Kate Prince Peacock and Paul Peacock and was preceded in death by her Sister, Sylvia Peacock.
She is survived by her Son – Ron Roland (Jennifer) of Chauncey, GA; Grandchildren – Britany Roland Browning (Dylan), Brandon Roland, Grant Roland, Colton Howell, and Landon Howell; Sisters – Kathy Wrape (Gaylen) of Nashville, TN and Lisa Peacock Sheffield of Eastman, GA; Brother – Gary Peacock (Gail) of Greensboro, GA; Nieces and Nephews – Randy Peacock (Beth), Ken Peacock (Lynn), Justin Peacock (Sarah), Rachel Patterson (Harold), Jessica Wrape, and Nicole Lane (Eric); Several Great-Nieces and Nephews; Numerous Cousins and Friends.
