Patsy Hulette Clinard passed away on the evening of Thursday, April 16, 2020, with family by her side. She tirelessly fought cancer over the last several years, with several victories, but her labors have now ended, and she is at rest.

Patsy Hulette Clinard passed away on the evening of Thursday, April 16, 2020, with family by her side. She tirelessly fought cancer over the last several years, with several victories, but her labors have now ended, and she is at rest. A celebration of her life will be held in the summer. Family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Pennies with Purpose, 308 Coliseum Dr., Suite 120, Macon, GA 31217.

Patsy was born in Dodge County, Georgia, to the late Adele Spires Hulette and Buster Hulette. She graduated from Dodge County High School and attended Georgia Southwestern University. Patsy worked for Bibb Manufacturing Company, and later Eastbank Trading, as a textiles broker. Most recently, she worked part time for State Farm Insurance Company. Patsy touched the heart and soul of all who knew her. She was a loving wife who maintained lifelong friendships and connections with family and friends. Patsy especially loved her grandchildren, nieces and nephews and possessed the gift of making each of them feel special and loved.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Adele Spires Hulette and Buster Hulette; a brother, Charles Hulette; and a granddaughter, Savannah Shepherd.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years, Curtis Michael “Mike” Clinard, Sr of Juliette, GA.; daughter, Natasha Clinard Shepherd of TX; son, Curtis Michael Clinard, Jr. (Cindy) of Juliette, GA; sisters, Lorene Yancey, Bonelle Sheffield, Janice Brantley (Sherm); brother, B.A. Hulette; grandchildren, Natalie Shepherd, Shawn Brown, Ginny Brown; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and a large number of friends that she considered family. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the care shown to Patsy by the employees and staff of the Georgia Cancer Center of Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, Macon, GA.
