MRS. MIRIAM FUTRAL BRYANT, age 75, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Dodge County Hospital from complications due to COVID-19.

 A private family graveside memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4, at Bartow City Cemetery.

 Miriam was a native of Bartow, GA, a member of Bartow Methodist Church, 1963 graduate of Wadley High School, and attended The Women’s College in Milledgeville. She was a military wife and lived in many places around the world. She was a licensed beautician for several years and a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with her family and keeping her grandchildren. Miriam was a model of love, compassion, and generosity. She spent her lifetime helping others and lifting others up. She was the daughter of the late Daniel R. Futral and Doris Allen Futral-Sutherland and was preceded in death by her Son, Loran “Glynn” Bryant, Jr., Step-Mother, Henrietta Futral, Sister, Lynne Futral, Father-in-law, Irvin Joe Bryant, Mother-in-law, Ruthie Mae Bryant, and Brother-in-law, Hal Bryant.

 She is survived by her Husband – LTC (R) US Army Loran Glynn Bryant of Eastman; 3 Daughters – Leanne Bryant of Atlanta, Jennifer Bryant of Rome, and Kelly Bryant Brewer (Chris) of Eastman; Grandchildren – SGT Grant Little, US Marine Corp veteran (Veronika), Ryan Little both of Savannah, SSG US Army Daniel Smith of Ft. Drum, NY, Katie Durrence of Austell, Chip Burch, Bryant Burch both of Eastman, and Avery Brewer of Dublin; Great-Granddaughter – Erina Little of Savannah; Sister – Nancy Futral Atkins (David) of Swainsboro; Brother – Dan Futral of Slidell, LA; Sisters-in-law – Brenda Sims (Phillip) of White Plains, GA and Linda Bryant (Bruce Butts) of Lilburn, GA; Nieces and Nephews – Krista Nicholls (Anthony), Haley Blackwell (Jamie), Lauren Atkins, and Katlyn Sanders (Justin); Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews – Knox Nicholls, Allie Fair Nicholls, Colt Blackwell, Riley Sanders, and Elise Sanders.
