MASON ALLEN JONES, age 11, of Rhine, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Dodge County Hospital.

 Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday December 12, at Fairhaven Baptist Church Cemetery, with Mr. Gary Ryals and Rev. Jeremy Emory officiating.

 Mason was born in Hawkinsville, a member of Southside Baptist Church in Kathleen, and a middle school student at Dodge County Middle School. Mason loved the outdoors life and spending time with his daddy on the farm tending their cows. He loved classic cars, riding four wheelers, hunting, fishing, hot wheels cars, playing PlayStation games and his dachshund, Pecan. He had an infectious smile and laughter and loved telling jokes and making others laugh. Mason was preceded in death by an Aunt and Uncle, Beverly Jones Hulett and Allen Hulett, Cousin, Colby Allen Hulett, Paternal Great-Grandparents, Leroy Jones and Donnie Belle Roberson Jones, and Maternal Great-Grandparents, James Parks and Nellie McPherson Parks and J.R. Brookerd and Sara Carmichael Brookerd.

 Mason is survived by his Father – Micah Jones (Trina) of Rhine; Mother – Wendy Parks Purvis (Will) of Eastman; Sister – Lindsey Williams (Josh) of Sumter, SC; 2 Brothers – Payton Jones of Norfolk, VA and Raleigh Purvis of Eastman; Paternal Grandmother – Debra Jones (Edward Clack) of Rhine; Paternal Grandfather – David Conley of Rhine; Maternal Grandparents – Denna Brookerd Parks and Randell Parks of Seville, GA, Stacey and Donna Purvis of Eastman, Leslie and Stacy Couey of East Dublin; Maternal Great Grandmother – Elouise Purvis of Eastman; Aunts and Uncles –Kylee and William Gordon, Kerrie and Michael Knowles, Kellie and Brad Dowdy, Tanja Parks, Chandy Parks (Stacey McDuffie), and Jodi and Johnathon McKinney; Great-Aunts and Great-Uncles – Donnie Jones, Becky Jones Lynn and Jamie Lynn, Waymon Jones and Mona Jones, J.D. Parks, Betty McGlamory, Barbara Williams, and Glenda Pate; Special Family Friends – Kelvin, Angie and Brennon Jones, and R.C. and Miranda Stonecypher; Numerous Cousins and Countless Friends.

 Mason will lie-in-state from 11:00AM – 4:00PM Friday, December 11, in Southerland Funeral Chapel.
