MRS. MARY LOU DELEVAN HARRELL, age 83, of Hawkinsville, GA, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at her residence.

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, June 27, 2022, at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, with Father Jude Shayo officiating, with interment at Cottondale Baptist Church Cemetery in Eastman.

 Mrs. Harrell was born in Poughkeepsie, NY, in Duchess County, and was of the Catholic Faith. She attended Poughkeepsie High School, before she started working as a Data Entry Clerk for Computer Dynamics in Virginia, which led to her earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science before working as a computer programmer for the Federal Government for many years. She married in 1998 and relocated to Cochran, GA, where she lived with her husband until he passed in 2021. She was an avid crocheter and loved crafts. Mary Lou won many awards over the years for her crochet pieces at county fairs. She and her husband bred and raised show dogs and enjoyed showing and winning awards at numerous dog shows through the years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was affectionately known as Nanny to her grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Mary Angelina Galucci Delevan and Albert M. Delevan and was preceded in death by her Husband, Hoke Franklin “Frank” Harrell, Son, Robert Edward, and Sister, Annamarie Schmidt.

 She is survived by her 3 Daughters – Teresa “Terry” Galoppa (Tim) of Macon, Constance Louise, and Juanita Louise; 3 Grandchildren – Christina Metz (Brandon), Angelica Galoppa, and Anthony Galoppa (Priscilla); 11 Great-Grandchildren – Tateum, Zane, Gavy, Arianna, Anthony Jr., Cameron, Hunter, Coby, Aaliyah, Julianna, and Jaxson.

 The family will receive friends at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Eastman from 10:30AM – 11:00AM, Monday, June 27.
