MS. MARY JO FRIDDLE ROGERS, of Macon, GA, died Friday, September 16, 2022, at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, GA.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Tuesday, September 20, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Tyler Kirkley officiating, with interment in Sweet Home Baptist Church Cemetery in Chauncey, GA.

 Mary Jo was born in Eastman and of the Baptist Faith. She lived in Eastman for many years before moving to Vidalia, and later moving to Macon, where she resided for the rest of her life. She was a homemaker and lived with and took care of her mother. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and she loved her family. Mary Jo and her mother were inseparable and each other’s best friend and constant companions. Mary Jo loved animals and took exceptional care of her pets. She was the daughter of the late Barbara Jump Lynn and W.B. Friddle and was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Al and Willie Mae Burch, Dave and Mary Jump, and Step-Father, Willie R. “Shorty” Burch.

 She is survived by her Sister – Charlotte Friddle Ethridge (Champ) of Macon; Niece – Dawn E. Parkerson (Caleb) of Eastman; Nephew – Curtis Stephens (Katie) of Gray; Great-Nieces and Nephew – Scarlett Parkerson, C.J. Parkerson, and Carlie Stephens; Aunts and Uncles – Brenda and Billy Ray Rogers of Eastman, Geraldine Nichols, and Danny Jump, both of Rentz; Lifelong Friend – Gail Burnam (Don); Numerous Cousins and Friends.

 The family may be contacted at the residence of Dawn and Caleb Parkerson, 229 Gresston Baptist Rd, Eastman, GA, 31023, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 2:00PM-3:00PM Tuesday, September 20th.
