MARTIN CARLOS “MARTY” BURCH, JR., age 48, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the Medical Center Navicent Health in Macon.

 Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, October 16, at Isham Springs Cemetery, with Rev. Ricky Gilmore and Mr. Schel Paulk officiating.

 Marty was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a member of Eastman First United Methodist Church, a 1990 graduate and FFA Alumni of Dodge County High School, and attended Middle Georgia College and Mercer University. He was a lifelong farmer for the Burch Family Farm and enjoyed hunting and sports. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his sons play baseball, and he valued his time spent with friends. Marty was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Christine M. Burch and Joe Dykes Burch, Sr and Sequel NeSmith McCormick and Jim McCormick and an Uncle, Joe Dykes Burch, Jr.

 He is survived by his 2 Sons – Martin C. “Chip” Burch, III and Bryant E. Burch both of Eastman; Mother and Father – Sondra McCormick Burch and Martin C. Burch, Sr. both of Eastman; Brother – Jim Burch of Eastman; Niece and Nephew – Jaydee Burch and Joseph Burch both of Eastman; Aunts and Uncles – Gail M. Paulk (Herschel) of Guyton, Joan M. Kessler (Nelson) of Maitland, FL, Beverly M. Dixon of Baxley, Jimmie M. Spier (Donald) of Milledgeville, and John McCormick (Paula) of Sylvania; Numerous Cousins and Friends.
