MRS. MAE SMITH MULLIS, age only Jesus knows, died Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home.

 Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, June 2, at Eastside Baptist Church, with Rev. Lewis Harrell and Rev. Stephen Upchurch officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.

 Mae was born in Atlanta, a member of Eastside Baptist Church, a homemaker, and she enjoyed keeping children in her younger years. She also enjoyed dancing, shopping, playing bingo, eating at Huddle House, as well as going out to eat with her family and attending family gatherings. She was the daughter of the late Virginia Pickles Smith and Fred Smith, and was preceded in death by her Husband of 41 years, Lamar Mullis, 2 Sisters, Rosie Smith Garien and Nita Smith Summerville, Brother, Doug Smith, and 2 Son-in-laws, Wesley Loyd and Melvin B. Graham.

 She is survived by her 3 Daughters – Dottie Loyd of Fayetteville, Marilyn Black (Timmy), and Brenda Graham both of Eastman; Son – Johnny Mathews of McRae; 4 Step-Children – Janice Evans (Keith), Wanda Howell (Tracy), Connie Stater (Stanley), and James L. Mullis, Jr.; 11 Grandchildren – Tammy Mckeehan, Amy Loyd, Kevin Loyd, Tracy Howard (Chris), Trey Matthews, Shelia Fish (Jeffery), Shellie Toler (Josh), Jason Warren (Andrea), Matt Graham, John Paul Mathews, and Selena Smith (Nathan); Several Step-Grandchildren; Numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the residence of Selena and Nathan Smith, 1687 Wilson Woodard Rd., Eastman.
