MRS. DAISY LUTRELL BOWEN HINSON, age 84, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at her residence.

 Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM Thursday, May 14, at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Daniel Cook officiating.

 Mrs. Hinson was born in Telfair County and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a former employee of Goodys Manufacturing for over 10 years. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed attending church, fishing, tending flowers, family reunions, and trips to Mexico Beach, FL. Lutrell was the daughter of the late Gussie Maude Padgett Hilliard and Allen Christopher Bowen and was preceded in death by her Step Father, Rudolph Hilliard and 4 Siblings, William Bowen, George Frankie Bowen, Allen Jurell Bowen, and Bonnie Pittman.

 She is survived by her Husband of 56 years – William Lister “Scoot” Hinson of Eastman; 3 Daughters – Brenda Sapp (Dennis) of Reidsville, Darlene Peacock (Felipe Rivera) and Robbin Sheffield (Scott), both of Eastman; 2 Sons – Danny Collins (Susan) of Eastman and Lenny Collins (Kathy) of Destin, FL; Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren; Sister – Vaunelle H. Floyd (Billy) of Alma; 4 Brothers – Robert Lee Hilliard of Pearson, Ronald Hilliard (MaryNell) of Summertown, Larry Hilliard (Carolyn) of Collins, and Edward Pittman of Atlanta; Sisters-in-law – Willie Mae Bowen, Jean Bowen, Ruby Bowen, Marilynn Sanders; Brother-in-law – Larry Sanders (Phyllis); Several Nieces and Nephews; Special Friends – Troy Butler of Gulfport, MS and Ilene McCook (Fred) of Eastman; Faithful Canine Companion – Little Man.

 The family may be contacted at the Hinson residence, 908 Roddy Highway, Eastman, GA 31023. Serving as pallbearers for the service are Frankie Bowen, Stacy Bellflower, Jonathan Sapp, Patrick Simmons, Dustin Collins, William Simmons, Chad Collins, Kyle Collins, and Colby Collins.
