MRS. MARY LOUISE PRUETT KIRKLEY-BROWN, age 94, of Milan, GA, died Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home.

 Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, July 28, at El Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Grenade and Rev. Wayne Cobb officiating.

 Mrs. Louise was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a dedicated church worker and the oldest member of El Bethel Baptist Church, a 1943 graduate of Chauncey High School, and a retired district manager and dedicated career employee for Stanley Home Products for over 50 years. She was a former seamstress for C & J Manufacturing and Royden Wear for over 10 years, a farmer’s wife, and a homemaker. For over 40 years, she served as a Sunday school teacher, training union, bible school and study course instructor, and was one of the original workers at the Eastman Christian Life Center. She was the daughter of the late Estelle Mullis Pruett and Homer Brown Pruett, widow of Raymond Lamar Kirkley and Lyman "Farmer' Brown, and was preceded in death by a Son-in-law, Melvin Cooper, and 2 Siblings, Bobby Pruett and Carolyn Yawn.

 She is survived by her Daughter – Connie Cooper of Milan; 3 Sons – Lamar Kirkley (Gee Gee) of Savannah, Madison Kirkley (Judy), and Kelvin Kirkley (Joanne) both of Eastman; 11 Grandchildren – Terri Cooper, Tina Taylor, Emory Cooper, Darla Wynn (Chris), Todd Kirkley (Melissa), Lisa Hulett, Eddie Pope, Sonja Hamilton (Brian), Mandy Singletary (Brad), Rodney King (Katrina), and Stacey Yancey (Kevin); 30 Great-Grandchildren and 14 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Mr. Brown’s Family Members – Georgia Barnes (Gary) of Carrollton, Vina Bymer (Randy) of Nebraska, and Eddie Brown of Warner Robins; Brother – James Pruett, Sr. of Eastman; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 Mrs. Louise will lie-in-state at Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home from 11:00AM until 5:00PM Monday, July 27. In addition to flowers, the family request contributions to El Bethel Baptist Church, % Madison Kirkley, 1054 Evergreen Church Rd., Eastman, GA 31023.
