Obituary for Kathy Keeler Marshall

MRS. KATHLEEN MARJORIE “KATHY” (KEELER) MARSHALL, age 68, of Eastman, GA, died Friday, July 24, 2026, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

 A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

 Kathy was born on September 23, 1957, in Elmont Long Island, NY and was raised in Mohegan Lake, NY. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School in Shrub Oak, NY. After finishing school, she moved to Florida to be with family and lived there for many years before relocating to Rochelle, GA and making a home there with her husband Keith. She worked as a veterinarian’s assistant for several years. Kathy was a caretaker of many pets over the years including her canine companion, a rottweiler named Mathias. She loved animals and, in her lifetime, cared for Puddles, her pet duck, Coco Puff, the cockatiel, and Buddy, the Parrot, all of which she considered her family. She lived in Eastman and in her later years she found a church home at Grace Baptist Church in Eastman which became her family and her closest friends. She will be dearly missed.

 She is survived by her Siblings – Nancy Juillet of North Port, FL, Laurie Nemeth of Staatsburg, NY, Carole Wyland of Rotonda West, FL, and Warren Keeler (Lisa) of Limington, ME; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and great Nieces and great Nephews; Several Cousins and Her Grace Baptist Church Family.

 In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in Kathy’s memory to Grace Baptist Church, 511 Hawkinsville Hwy., Eastman, GA 31023.
