MRS. KAREN SUE NOBLE DICKERSON, age 71, of Eastman, GA, died Monday, August 5, 2019 at her residence.

 Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, August 8, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Myron Parkerson officiating.

 Karen was a native of Defiance, OH, of the Methodist Faith, and a homemaker. She was of Native American descent, a self-employed home cleaning specialist for several years, and helped prepare meals and deliver food to senior citizens. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, swimming in the family pool, spending time with her canine companion Charlie, cooking, knitting, crocheting, making blankets, trips to the beach and Jacksonville, FL, and had a great fondness and love for animals. Karen was daughter of the late Alita Williams Noble and Howard Wesley Noble and was preceded in death by a Step-Son, Christopher Mason Dickerson, Sister, Shirley Noble Burgess, and Brother, Richard Noble.

 Survivors: Husband of 27 years – Jeffrey Mason “Yank” Dickerson of Eastman; 2 Sons – Rawn Peacock (Sara) and Richard Peacock (Sherrie) both of Eastman; Step-Daughter – Sherri Dickerson Carmack (Trey) of Columbus; Daughter-in-Law – Tracy Graham Dickerson of Eastman; 7 Grandchildren – Skylar Dickerson Jones (Bubba), Karl Peacock, Richie Peacock, Jessica Goodwin (Ray NeeSmith), Greg Taylor (Erin), Angie Taylor, and Anthony Haas; 13 Great-Grandchildren – Memphis, Maverick, Chase, Ethan, Kloe, T.J., Zoie, River, Zadie, Kimberley, Ashley, Natalie, and Amber, ; 2 Sisters – Judy Taylor of Flowery Branch and Linda Jaxx of Englewood, FL; Sister-in-Law – Geraldine Dunn of Abbeville; Brother-in-Law – James Dickerson (Laura) of Southold, NY; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the Dickerson residence, 372 Faircloth Rd., Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 1:00PM-2:00PM Thursday, August 8. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to the American Cancer Society.
