MRS. JUDY CAMILLE GUY LOWERY, age 75, of Eastman, GA, died Saturday, January 1, 2022, at the Dodge County Hospital.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Monday, January 3, in Eastman First Baptist Church, with Rev. Todd Crosby and Dr. Paul Cowles officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.

 Mrs. Lowery was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a member of Eastman First Baptist Church and the Esther Sunday School class, and a 1964 graduate of Dodge County High School. After high school she studied business at Middle Georgia College. Judy was a retired store clerk and she and her husband owned and operated Coleman Hardware and Gifts for over 50 years. She was also the local J.C. Penney Catalog Merchant for many years. She was a faithful Christian lady who was loved by the community for her dedication to her customers and her church family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed reading, working at her store and spending time with her family and friends. Judy was the daughter of the late Jud Guy and Helen Shepard Guy and was preceded in death by her husband, William Russell “Bill” Lowery, Jr. and a granddaughter, Nikki Graham.

 She is survived by 2 Daughters – Camille Taylor (Wayne) and Claudia Graham (Bubba), both of Eastman; 3 Grandchildren – Clint Taylor (Brooke) of Hazlehurst, Jud Taylor (Alicia) of Eastman, and Margaret Simmons of Eastman; Great-Grandchildren – Sawyer Taylor, Sutton Taylor and Olivia Taylor; Sister – Dot Baker (Rev. Billy) of Eastman; Niece – Karla Spires (Royce) of Eastman; Nephew – Kirk Baker of Hawkinsville; 4 Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews – Gracie Spires, Michael Baker, Morgan Baker, and Meredith Baker.

 The family may be contacted at the Lowery residence, 5207 Forest Lake Road, Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 5:30PM-7:30PM Sunday, January 2. In addition to flowers, the family requests contributions to Eastman First Baptist Church Organ Fund, 5107 Oak Street, Eastman, GA 31023.
