JAYCI KORINNE PRUETT COX, age 48, of Eastman, GA, passed away on August 27, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her family.
The family will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 2:00PM-3:00PM, Sunday, August 30. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM, Sunday, August 30, in Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. John Cadwell officiating. The family will have a private interment in Orphans Cemetery.
Jayci was the daughter of Jimmy and Casey Pruett and the late Debbie Bowman Pruett. She was born in Dublin, GA on May 18, 1978, and was a member of Gresston Baptist Church in her early years. She was a 1996 graduate of Dodge County High School and later studied accounting at Middle Georgia College in Cochran. Jayci was owner and operator of Palm Coast Spa in Palm Coast, FL for several years, and attended a Baptist Church in Orlando, FL. She also worked several jobs over the years including as a Life Coach, car saleswoman in Daytona, FL, and for the family business, Dodge Heating and Air. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, who enjoyed fishing, trips to Daytona Beach, FL and Tybee Island, GA, gardening, cooking, deer hunting, and loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her mother, Jayci was preceded in death by her brother, Dustin Heath Pruett, maternal grandparents, Celestine and Buck Bowman, and paternal grandparents, Mazie and Jimmy Pruett, Sr.
She is survived by her Triplet Children – Trinity Cox, Kennedy Cox, and Seth Cox, all of Port Orange, FL; Father – Jimmy Pruett (Casey) of Eastman; Sister-in-law – Misty Pruett of Eastman; Nieces and Nephews – Gracie Pruett, Brycen Pruett, Addison Pruett, Nicole Pruett, and Kayden “K.J.” Pruett, all of Eastman; Aunts and Uncles – Steve Bowman of Kathleen, Roni Ward (Echard) of Dexter, Robin Davis (Andy) of Bartow, FL, Janice Cadwell (John), Patrice Rozar (Jimmy), Audrey Davis (Tony), Vicki Noles (Mike), and Jessie Pruett (Paige), all of Eastman; Great-Aunts and Uncle – Connie Cooper of Milan, Vivian Cooper, and Carl E. Cooper, both of Macon; Numerous cousins, extended family members, and friends.
