MRS. JANET BROWN HICKMAN, age 67, of Eastman, GA, died Friday, October 30, 2020 at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, GA.

 Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, November 2, at Sand Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Lewis Miller officiating.

 Janet was a native of Milan, a dedicated member of Grace Baptist Church, a graduate of Dodge County High School, and a homemaker. She worked several different jobs during her career including, C & J Manufacturing, Goody’s Inc., former store manager at Shorty’s Quick Stop, Standard Candy Company, Dodge County Hospital insurance billing department, and as a former home health worker for Golden’s Personal Care. Janet was a dedicated wife, a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed attending and working in the kitchen at Grace Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Annie Williams Brown and Jess Brown, widow of Wayne Hickman, and was preceded in death by 6 Siblings, John K. Brown, J.I. Brown, Larry Brown, Rachel B. Bowen, Hazel B. Roberson, and Sue B. Pitts.

 She is survived by 3 Children – Becky H. Howell (Leon), Nicole H. Rogers (Daron) both of Eastman, and Anthony Hickman (Andrea) of Macon; 9 Grandchildren – Lexi Hickman, Kyla Howell, Drew Howell, Cameron Rogers, Nick Rogers (Anna White), Marissa Rogers, Daniel Hickman, Katie Hickman, and Shane Rogers (Laken); 4 Great-Grandchildren – Nailey Rogers, Sadie Rogers, Tegan Rogers, and Daxon Rogers; 3 Sisters-in-law – Johnnie Kate Brown of Rhine, Patsy Brown and Pat Hill, both of Eastman; 4 Brothers-in-law – John Will Roberson of Dawsonville, Horace Pitts of Milan, Carl Hickman (Diane), and David Hickman both of Eastman; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund, 421 Hawkinsville Hwy., Eastman, GA 31023.
