HOPE STEELE LANDMESSER, age 57, of Eastman, GA, died Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Dodge County Hospital.

 Memorial services will be held at a later date.

 Hope was born and raised in Eastman, attended Dodge County High School, and was of the Christian Faith. She was a former manager at Western Sizzlin’ in Eastman and Douglas for over ten years, a former manager at Friedman’s Jewelers for over four years, worked for Advance America Loan Company for over four years, and was a back-end supervisor at Wal-Mart in Eastman for five years. She was an at home caregiver for the elderly for several years and was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed working, raising her family, and spending time with her grandchildren. Hope was preceded in death by her Husband, Robert Edward “Bobby” Landmesser, Son, Rusty Wilcox, and Father, Kenny Carroll Steele.

 She is survived by her 4 Sons – Tim Coleman (Ashley) of Arizona, Justin T. Wilcox (Cecilia), Robert S. Landmesser (Kaylee), both of Eastman, and Bobby Lee Landmesser, of McRae; 17 Grandchildren – Erik Coleman, Matthew Coleman, Katheryn Coleman, Marcus Coleman, Gauge Wilcox, Whitley Wilcox, Jaxin Wilcox, Liam Wilcox, Ryder Bentley Landmesser, Colton Landmesser, Chandler Landmesser, Layla Landmesser, Bobby Landmesser, Jr., Bryston Varner, Kaden Corbett, Mason Corbett, and Rylan Corbett; Mother – Jacqueline “Jackie” Singletary Steele of Eastman; 2 Sisters – Anita Steele Whatley (Cathy) of Alabama and Dawn Rutland (Greg) of Cochran; Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law – Debbie Colter, Teresa Sheffield, both of Eastman, Peggy Dennard (Richard) of Dudley, and Ernie Landmesser, Sr. of Oregon; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the residence of Robert and Kaylee Landmesser, 5115 Creighton Street, Eastman. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home in care of Hope Landmesser.
