MR. CARL DONNIE YEARGIN, age 70, of Eastman, GA, died Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Atrium Navicent Health in Macon, GA.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Wednesday, April 24, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Tyler Kirkley officiating, with interment in Chauncey City Cemetery.

 Donnie was born in Simpsonville, SC where he attended Hillcrest High School. He worked at several factories over the years before settling in Reidsville, NC in 1991, where he worked for Mohawk Industries. He climbed the ranks and became a supervisor and was later relocated to Dublin, GA, but made his home in Eastman, GA. He worked for over thirty years with Mohawk and later worked for twelve years as a machine operator for YKK Corporation in Dublin, GA before retiring in 2019. He was a dedicated and loving husband, daddy, and papa, who enjoyed working outside in the yard and around the family home and riding his motorcycles with his family. He attended Lakeside Church in Eastman, was a proud papa, and loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, and he especially enjoyed piddling around in his shop. Donnie was the son of the late Margaret Bryant Yeargin and Carl W. Yeargin and was preceded in death by his Siblings, Freddie Yeargin, Margaret Kennedy, and Nancy King.

 He is survived by his Wife of 26 years – Joyce Roberson Yeargin of Eastman, GA; Daughter – Angie Yeargin Pulliam (Jeff) of Reidsville, NC; Step-Daughter – Amanda Burch-Kirkley (Tyler) of Chauncey, GA; Grandchildren – Jonathon Pulliam (Caitlyn), Jarrett Pulliam, Hunter Kirkley, Knox Kirkley, and Kyler Kirkley; Great-Granddaughter – Willow Pulliam; Sisters – Shelby Kennedy, Jean Allison, Sandra Fowler (Sammy), all of Simpsonville, SC, and Teresa Moore (Cliff) of Mauldin, SC; Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law – Betty R. Conley (Lonnie) of Rhine, GA and Ricky Roberson (Cheryl) of Milan, GA; Numerous Nieces and Nephews; His faithful canine companion - Mickey.

 The family may be contacted at the Yeargin residence, 150 William Way, Eastman, GA, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 2:00PM-3:00PM Wednesday, April 24.
