MRS. CATHY FORDHAM ROGERS, age 54, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at her residence.

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, September 5, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Chris Adams and Mr. Gary Ryals officiating, with interment in Old Daniel Baptist Church Cemetery.

 Cathy was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a member of Old Daniel Baptist Church, a 1984 graduate of Dodge County High School, and a unit manager at Wal-Mart for over 10 years. She was a former school bus driver for over 13 years, a former paper carrier for the Macon Telegraph for over 7 years, a volunteer at the Christian Life Center for the last 4 years, and enjoyed helping kids with different church activities. She was a loving wife, mother, and nana who enjoyed working in her yard, tending her flowers and gardening, was a tractor enthusiast and enjoyed riding her tractors in parades, and was a treasurer and member of the Ocmulgee Antique Tractor Club. Cathy was preceded in death by her Father, James Robert Fordham and Sister, Judy Spires.

 Survivors: Husband of 25 years – Jesse Rogers of Eastman; Daughter – Susie Warren of Eastman; Son – Robert Vance Fordham of Eastman; 2 Step-Daughters – Kay Pries (Dave) of Macon and Cindy Little (Jarrett) of Gray; 9 Grandchildren – Emilee Sparrow, Addison Warren, Vance Fordham, Anna Fordham, Kelly Devaney (Marcus), Lidsey Wilfong (Jon), Kristopher Miller (Greer), Kaitlin Little, and Jesse Little; 4 Great-Grandchildren – Patrick Devaney, Levi Devaney, Paisley Wilfong, and Rhett Wilfong; Mother – Jeanette Payne Fordham of Eastman; Sister-in-Law – Helen Darnell (Chuck) of Tallahassee, FL; Brother-in-Law – Larry Rogers (Dottie) of Eastman; 2 Aunts – Desser Smith and Jeanette C. Fordham; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the Rogers residence, 4325 Abbeville Hwy., Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel 10:00AM-11:00AM Thursday, September 5. In addition to flowers, the family request contributions to Old Daniel Baptist Church.
