MR. BRIAN KENT CONLEY, Age 36, of Eastman, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at his residence in Dodge County.
MR. BRIAN KENT CONLEY, Age 36, of Eastman, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at his residence in Dodge County.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Friday, November 6, in Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Brian Jones officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Brian was born on November 12, 1989, at home in Eastman, and was the son of Michael Lance Newton and the late Angela Denise Holt Newton. He was a 2008 graduate of Houston County High School and received his Aircraft Structural Degree from Central Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins. He was a civil service employee at Robins Air Force Base where he worked for over 15 years. Brian was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with all his family and friends. He enjoyed mechanic work, fast car, drag racing, mud boggin’, riding buggies and tearing up his GMC Sierra Turbo (P.O.S). Brian loved hunting and fishing and being outdoors. He will be missed dearly by all who loved him.
Brian was preceded in death by mother, Angela Newton, grandfather, Jack Elmer Holt Sr., aunt, Lana Joy Holt, maternal great-grandparents, Jeter and Mary Grace Mullis and paternal grandparents, Lewis and Evelyn Holt.
He is survived by his Daughter – Tessa-Rae Claire Conley and her Mother – Ramona Sheffield, both of Eastman; Stepchildren – Cade, Gabriel, Lilah Cate, and Emma, all of Eastman; Daddy - Michael “Lance” Newton of Kathleen; Brother - Sean Brett Conley of Eastman; Maternal Grandmother - Linda Mullis Holt of Eastman; Uncles - Jack Elmer Holt, Jr. and Thomas David Holt, both of Eastman; Great Aunt – Valeria Mullis White of Eastman; First Cousins - Hannah Leigh Holt and Brandon Thomas Muncher, both of Eastman; special cousins, Levi Jay Muncher, Michelle Kilgore and Kimberly Gutierrez.
The family will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 2:00PM-3:00PM Friday, November 6, 2026, and may be contacted at the residence of Linda Mullis Holt, 855 Hawkinsville Hwy., Eastman, GA 31023.
