MR. BRADLEY WHATLEY, age 76, of Eastman, GA, died Monday, August 1, 2022, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA.

 A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00PM Saturday, August 6, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with visitation from 2:30PM-3:00PM in Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Mike Grenade officiating.

 Bradley was born in Hazlehurst, GA, in 1945 and a later moved to Eastman with his family. He attended Dodge County High School and later enlisted in the U.S. Army and proudly served his country for over three years. After leaving the military, he lived out west for several years before returning to Eastman. He worked for Sheridan Construction in Macon for many years and later worked for Cellular One and World Access in telecommunications where he installed wiring in cellular towers across the United States and abroad. He was husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who raised his family to be responsible and taught them the value of hard work. He loved hunting, fishing, and golfing with his friends. Bradley was always working outdoors and spent the past several years doing small construction jobs, helping his friends, and was always striving to help others. He was the son of the late Sara Elizabeth Wright Whatley and Albert Virgil Whatley and was preceded in death by his Wife, Sandra Whatley, and Brother, Jimmy Whatley.

 He is survived by his Daughter – Katheryn Wynne (Travis) of Cochran; 2 Sons – Josh Whatley (Heather) of Alachua, FL and Kyle Whatley of Warner Robins; 3 Grandchildren – Samantha Giddens, Dakota Windham, and Crue Whatley; Great-Granddaughter – Alice Giddens; Sister – Carolyn Senn of Dublin, GA; Sister-in-law – Joyce Whatley of Gulf Shores, AL; Several Nieces and Nephews.

 The family may be contacted at the residence of Katheryn and Travis Wynne, 133 Pearl Street, Cochran, GA, and will receive friends following the services on Saturday, August 6, at the family’s residence.
